Warranty Policy
Striker’s warranty covers manufacturing defects for products purchased through Striker or an authorized Striker retailer. Manufacturing defects include but are not limited to seam failures, missing/defective snaps, zippers, fabrication, or separations for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Striker has the right to repair or replace the product at our sole discretion.
Striker’s warranty does not cover burns, tears, abrasions, stains, fading or normal wear and tear but we do offer patch kits, which are available for purchase here.
U.S. Warranty Process
- Fill out the Striker Product Warranty Form below and to begin your warranty claim. Proof of purchase and photos of the problem are required.
- Approved claims with be issued an authorization number for reference and tracking purposes. Products will not be accepted without an authorization number.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Striker with the authorization number clearly labelled on both the outside and inside of the package.
- Striker will repair or replace the item at our sole discretion.
- Striker will return the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
The warranty process may take 1 – 3 weeks to allow time for necessary repairs and delivery back to the customer.
Any products received without an authorization number will be returned to the sender.
CANADA Warranty Process
- Fill out the Striker Product Warranty Form below to begin your warranty claim. Proof of purchase and photos of the problem are required.
- Approved claims with be issued an authorization number for reference and tracking purposes. Products will not be accepted without an authorization number.
- The customer will contact our partner at the Gear Re-Store in Calgary to arrange a repair.
- The customer will ship the item(s) to the Gear Re-Store, at their expense, with the authorization number clearly labelled both the outside and inside of the package. The customer will also receive a form to fill out and include inside the package.
- Gear Re-Store will return the repaired item(s) to the customer.
