Warranty Claims
The Striker product warranty covers defects in manufacturing or workmanship including but not limited to seam failures, missing/defective snaps, zippers, defective fabrication, or separations for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Striker will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
The warranty does not cover burns, tears, abrasions, stains, fading or normal wear and tear - but we do offer patch kits, which are available for purchase here. The Sriker product warranty does not cover exchanges for size, color, etc on any item sold through a retailer.
Warranty requests outside of the US are handled differently to avoid unnecessary costs for both parties.
United States Warranty Procedure:

- Call us at 651-788-9858 or send a message using the Contact Form. Using the contact form with a clear identifiable image of the issue will expedite the claims process.
- Approved claims will be issued an RA# (Return Authorization Number) or WA# (Warranty Authorization Number) for reference and tracking. All items being returned must have an RA# or WA# to be accepted.
- Ship us the defective item(s) indicating the RA# or WA# on the outside and inside of the carton.
- Striker repairs or replaces the item based at its discretion.Â
- Striker returns the repaired / replaced product to the customer (we pay return shipping).
We may make other arrangements or work out alternative remedies depending on the nature of the problem or if shipping is not practical. Again, all product shipments sent without a Return or Warranty Authorization Number marked on the outside or inside of the carton will be returned to the sender. Our goal is to remove the hassle and expense of warranty claims from the dealer while satisfying the needs of the customer in a timely manner.Â
